Non-UK customers: Pre-payment is preferred by bank transfer, Paypal, Postal Money Order, or cash for small amounts.
Postage costs: Postage is charged at cost, usually
rounded down. Books are usually sent by second class post (unless first
requested) or courier service if over 2kg. For non-UK orders the royal mail
airmail printed paper service is used, unless over 2kg in which case I will
usually quote a courier service such as

n.d. – no publication date, but if known it is given in brackets.

(A.) – algebraic notation. (Non-English language books can be presumed to be in the notation of the country of publication.)
