BUSINESS TERMS

UK customers: Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Tony Peterson) on receipt of books and invoice. A pro-forma invoice may be issued for new customers or large amounts.

Non-UK customers: Pre-payment is preferred by bank transfer, Paypal, Postal Money Order, or cash for small amounts.

Postage costs: Postage is charged at cost, usually rounded down. Books are sent by first class post (unless second requested) or standard parcel if over 1.25kg. For non-UK orders the airmail printed paper service is used for Europe. For outside Europe I will quote air and surface mail prices. For non-UK orders over 2kg there is an airmail M-bag service available

which is very economical for larger orders.

All books can be returned for a full refund if found to be not as described.
